I'm disabled, so crawl space monitoring is a great thing for me. I was pretty unaware of the full sensor options beyond crawlspace monitoring. The full digital record of home maintenance is a very good thing.

humidity monitoring saved thousands in medical bills
We were getting some strange readings from a dehu. Shipshape found the dehu had a manufacturers error code and had not been running. This is the type of issue that would have gone unknown until it began a huge problem. I'm not sure I could have figured this out on my own so I'm grateful to have these Home Assistants monitoring my systems for me. My low subscription cost probably saved me thousands in medical bills.

A Really important pump
This is genius, I got that sump pump because I had $40,000 of water damage. I care a lot about that pump, I want to know that it is working and am willing to do anything i can do to keep it in working condition and up until now I hadn’t heard from my contractor one time since its been installed.
